This is the first day I have truly felt exhausted from running a home and having a family. I have just, finally sat down, 8.30pm. It has been a long and tiring day with lots of little things to do but it has been extremely rewarding.
Seth didn't actually wake up until 10.25am! So despite it being a tiring day I did catch up on some sleep from a few very late nights being out. But then it was quite a rush to get up and moving and out the front door.
We had a few errands to run this morning but I was so pleased to get them done. With a nice lunch with friends and family. A walk back home and a play in the park for Seth. Which he loved! As soon as he saw us approaching the park he was eager to get out of his pram. We were very close to a couple of accidents as well, in the park. No one else was there at all fortunately. He was so excited to run from thing to thing he kept on tripping over his feet. Nearly smacked his head on the metal bars of the swings and then another time he nearly smashed his head on the concrete as he fell to the floor. It was quite a scary moment when I thought about what nearly happened.
As we made our way home I had some work to do on my way, as I am also an Avon rep so had orders to deliver and catalogues to collect. Finally home Seth was eager to remain outside but I got him indoors and to bed for his nap. With a bit of quiet time the housework began, tiring but rewarding as I said.
I am now also looking after my young cousin Deven for the night as her parents are out for their anniversary. So I had two baths to run, and two children to get to bed. Now with them both asleep in bed, cosy and happy, I have sat down to watch tv and relax.
So I hope you are also doing the same, take it when you can and enjoy it.

IT's been ages
I can't believe it has been so long since I have been on here.
Seth is now 14 months old! And how that time has flown by. Everything has change and so quickly.
He is now walking, talking and everything else we can think of. I know people always say you'll be surprised how quickly it goes, and he'll grow up so quickly you'll not notice it. And they are right!
It is amazing how time has disappeared and yet the time has been the best ever. Being a mother is the best thing I could think of doing. It is so rewarding and enjoyable.
Seth is amazing and the feeling I get whenever I see him is indescribable. When he wakes up in the morning it is wonderful being able to go in and have such a lovely cuddle. Even during the day, although I cherish and love the naps that he has, as time passes I miss him so much while he is asleep. And then to see is squidgy little face all sleepy when he wakes up, it is just too adorable.
I will now be on here, regularly. :) With all the weird, funny things Seth does I cannot miss a thing.

It is going too fast
I can't believe how fast Seth is changing now. Every day is so different. He picks up new things constantly. He started to move himself around the room with amazing ease - surely its just too soon! I put him down in one place in the living room, turn around, literally 1 minute later and he is in a completely different place, facing in the opposite direction!! I never thought I would be having to worry about things I had lying around so soon. I was sure I had all the time in the world!
